الشروط والأحكام

1. معلومات المتجر

متجر Lumen JO هو متجر إلكتروني مقره في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، متخصص في بيع أجهزة Apple المستعملة عالية الجودة (بما في ذلك هواتف iPhone وساعات Apple) وإكسسوارات الهواتف الذكية المميزة من شواحن سريعة وكوابل متينة وواقيات شاشة.

2. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك للموقع أو إتمامك لأي طلب شراء، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

3. الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة فما فوق، أو أن تستخدم الموقع تحت إشراف ولي أمر، لإتمام عملية الشراء.

4. المنتجات والأسعار

  • جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالدينار الأردني (JOD) وشاملة للضريبة المطبقة.
  • تُضاف كلفة التوصيل بشكل منفصل وتظهر بوضوح في صفحة إتمام الطلب.
  • نبذل جهدنا لعرض صور وأوصاف دقيقة لأجهزتنا وإكسسواراتنا، وقد تختلف درجة اللون قليلاً باختلاف شاشة العرض.
  • نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف أي منتج دون إشعار مسبق، على أن يُطبق ذلك على الطلبات الجديدة فقط.

5. طرق الدفع

نقبل الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام، والدفع عبر التحويل المباشر (CliQ).

6. إتمام الطلب

استلامك لرسالة تأكيد الطلب لا يعني قبوله نهائياً؛ يعتبر العقد منعقداً عند شحن المنتج. يرجى مراجعة سياسة التوصيل وسياسة الإلغاء وسياسة الإرجاع الخاصة بنا.

7. الضمان

جميع المنتجات والأجهزة مغطاة بضمان ضد عيوب التصنيع والأعطال حسب ما هو موضح في صفحة كل منتج. الضمان لا يغطي الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام، أو التعرض للمياه، أو الإصلاح لدى جهة غير معتمدة.

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات من شعارات وصور ونصوص وتصاميم هي ملكية حصرية لـ Lumen JO، ويُمنع نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن خطي.

9. حدود المسؤولية

لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنتجات بشكل مخالف للتعليمات، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال على قيمة المنتج المشترى.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان بالنظر في أي نزاع.

11. تعديل الشروط

نحتفظ بحق تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعتمد الإصدار المنشور على هذه الصفحة.

1. Store Information

Lumen JO is an online retailer based in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, specializing in high-quality, pre-owned Apple devices (including iPhones and Apple Watches) and premium smartphone accessories such as fast chargers, durable cables, and top-tier screen protectors.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to complete a purchase.

4. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and are inclusive of applicable tax.
  • Delivery charges are added separately and shown clearly at checkout.
  • We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions of our devices and accessories; colour shades may vary slightly by screen.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue any product without prior notice; changes apply to new orders only.

5. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct transfers via CliQ.

6. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance; the contract is formed when the product is shipped. Please review our Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

All devices and products are covered against manufacturing defects or internal faults as stated on each product page. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, or repair by an unauthorised party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, images, text, and designs is the exclusive property of Lumen JO and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lumen JO is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products contrary to their instructions. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force.
