سياسة التوصيل والشحن

1. مناطق ومواعيد التوصيل

نوصل إلى جميع محافظات المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية لضمان وصول أجهزة Apple وإكسسواراتها إليك أينما كنت. نقوم بالتوصيل بشكل يومي لجميع المناطق، باستثناء المناطق التالية التي لها جدول توصيل محدد:

  • الشونة الجنوبية والأغوار الجنوبية: التوصيل يوم الخميس فقط.
  • الشونة الشمالية والأغوار الشمالية: التوصيل يوم بعد يوم (يوم نعم ويوم لا).
  • الأزرق (الشمالي والجنوبي): التوصيل يوم الأربعاء فقط.
  • وادي عربة والجفر: التوصيل مرة واحدة في الأسبوع.
  • الرويشد والصفاوي: نعتذر، خدمة التوصيل غير متوفرة لهذه المناطق حالياً.

2. رسوم التوصيل

  • داخل عمّان: 2.000 دينار
  • باقي محافظات المملكة: 3.000 دينار

* جميع الأسعار بالدينار الأردني (JOD). تُحتسب كلفة التوصيل وتُعرض بوضوح في صفحة إتمام الطلب قبل تأكيد الدفع.

3. مدة التجهيز

يتم تجهيز الطلبات وتسليمها لشركة الشحن بشكل يومي. تُحتسب مدة التوصيل من لحظة تأكيد الطلب وحسب جدول التوصيل الخاص بمنطقتك الموضح أعلاه.

4. طريقة التوصيل

يتم التوصيل عبر شركات شحن محلية معتمدة إلى العنوان الذي تزودنا به عند الطلب. سيتم التواصل معك هاتفياً من قبل مندوب التوصيل قبل الوصول لتأكيد موعد التسليم.

5. تتبع الطلب

عند تجهيز وشحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة أو إشعار يتضمن تفاصيل الشحنة لمتابعة طلبك بكل سهولة.

6. طرق الدفع المتاحة

  • الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery).
  • الدفع عبر التحويل المباشر (CliQ).

7. تأخير الشحنات

قد تتأخر بعض الشحنات خلال الأعياد والعطل الرسمية أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. سنبلغك فوراً في حال حدوث أي تأخير لضمان بقائك على اطلاع.

1. Delivery Areas & Schedule

We deliver to all governorates across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, ensuring your Apple devices and accessories reach you wherever you are. We deliver daily to all areas, with the exception of the following locations which have a specific schedule:

  • South Shuna & South Aghwar: Delivery on Thursdays only.
  • North Shuna & North Aghwar: Delivery every other day.
  • North & South Azraq: Delivery on Wednesdays only.
  • Wadi Araba & Al Jafr: Delivery once a week.
  • Ruwaished & Safawi: We apologize, delivery is currently not available to these areas.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Within Amman: 2.000 JOD
  • Rest of the Kingdom: 3.000 JOD

* All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Delivery charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

3. Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched to the courier daily. Delivery timeframes are counted from the moment the order is confirmed and depend on your area's delivery schedule as outlined above.

4. Delivery Method

Orders are delivered by our trusted local courier partners to the address provided at checkout. The delivery driver will contact you by phone before arrival to coordinate the delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with the shipment details.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Direct transfer via CliQ

7. Shipping Delays

Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you immediately if any delay occurs to keep you informed.
